* Serve as the primary point of contact for the contract officer.
* Provide guidance related to the technical scope of the contract.
* Manage forecasting and oversight of budgets.
* Develop and cultivate client relationships and ensure close collaboration.
* Provide administrative direction, oversee reporting and deliverables, and lead the thorough and timely reporting of required information including data and performance metrics.
* Ensure that the services and deliverables required are provided in accordance with each task order.
* Manage team performance and delivery of high-quality products and services.
* Oversee the delivery of strategic communications, marketing, content creation, conference and meeting planning, and program management.
* Attend on-site meetings and conferences in Austin, TX as requested (must reside in the Austin, TX area)Professional Skills:--- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
* Experience managing large teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple tasks that vary in scale and complexity.
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, provide a high attention to detail, and respond to challenges with a high degree of adaptability, sound judgment, and comfort in establishing new directions and managing to change.--- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications and problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients, project team members, and colleagues.
* Experience and/or interest in justice, national security or law enforcement preferred, but not requiredMinimum Qualifications:--- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field
* 10+ years' experience managing delivery and oversight of a large-scale, complex project
* 10+ years of experience managing scope including OS Administration, Data Base Administration, Storage Management, Network Support, Application Support, System Administration, Information Assurance, and Cyber Security
