an experienced and energetic Portfolio Engineering Lead to help
lead our established and rapidly expanding engineering team in the
CEMA Business Area. Our employees work on the world's most advanced
electronics, you'll be among the brightest minds, working on the
aerospace and defense industry's most difficult problems. We are
looking for a PEL who can coordinate and manage the engineering
activities and is interested in leadership role in a growing
Product Line. The successful candidate will serve as a PEL working
as part of the Engineering Leadership team for the Advanced Compact
EW Solutions (ACES) Product Line. ACES is a diverse and growing
product line with several advanced technology development programs
as well as high-rate production programs with a common mission to

requires US citizenship status.*Required Education, Experience, &
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, and at least 12
years of experience in engineering development of complex
electronic systems and the transition to manufacturing
- Experience leading diverse multi-disciplinary teams in the
solution of complex technical problems
- Project engineering management including organizational design,
planning, estimating, design management, and product
verificationPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Direct experience supporting Department of Defense Classified
Development Programs
- Experience using Design to Cost (DTC) methods; leading to
technical solutions that meet affordability and producibility
requirementsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $143000 -
$243100Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
