A company is looking for a Lead Test Automation Engineer, open
to remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a small team of automation engineers to enhance automated
testing for business software
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and
scripts
Collaborate with technical and product teams to clarify
requirements and project direction
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in test automation engineering, preferably
with Cypress
Experience in leading a team of test automation engineers
Proven ability to identify and implement improvements in testing
practices and frameworks
In-depth knowledge of automated testing for user interfaces, APIs,
and performance scenarios
Familiarity with CI/CD processes
