This position will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest room, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of the house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. A Lead Engineer will also perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems. Ability to read blue prints and schematics is preferred, along with basic trouble-shooting skills. A minimum of two years building maintenance experience is required with hotel experience preferred. Good communication skills are necessary.

  Qualifications:
  
  • Ability to read blue prints and schematics is preferred
  • Must be able to demonstrate basic trouble-shooting skills
  • A minimum of two years building maintenance experience is required with hotel experience preferred
  • Good communication skills are necessary.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including the afternoon/evening/overnight shifts on any day of the week, weekends, and holidays.
