Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable:11:00 AM - Finish; 5 days a week (Start time may fluxuate based on business needs)Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $25.75 to $35.20 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.Additional Relevant Information:General PurposeResponsible for performing mechanical services on cold drink equipment.Duties and Responsibilities

• Maneuver equipment to perform all mechanical services on cold drink equipment including preventative maintenance.
• Keep all refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Prepare equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required. Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of general technical experience required. 1 plusyears of refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred. Plumbing and electro/mechanical experience. Prior diagnostic troubleshooting. Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude. Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
