in driving our firm's growth and diversifying our portfolio into
sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, and multi-family
residential. You will focus on identifying and connecting with key
stakeholders, including commercial real estate brokers, project
managers, end-user clients, real estate developers, and building
owners/managers within the Houston area. Your responsibilities will
include initiating client proposals, negotiating, and closing deals
or contracts, while leveraging your networking skills to build and
maintain relationships. Your passion for engaging with industry
professionals will play a crucial role in expanding our Corporate
and Commercial design portfolio into new and exciting markets. Our

your contributions.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESClient Acquisition &
Relationship Management
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients
and key industry players in the Houston area.
- Maintain a robust network of commercial real estate brokers,
project managers, real estate developers, building owners, and
end-user clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that
highlight our firm's expertise and unique value propositions.
- Connect the firms' senior leadership team to prospective
clients.Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to
our goals of expanding into hospitality, healthcare, and
multi-family sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client
needs, and competitive landscape, using this insight to drive
strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to align business
development efforts with the firm's growth objectives and
diversification plans.
- Manage business development activities, including client
outreach, follow-ups, and proposal submissions, with meticulous
organization and attention to detail.
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, manage
opportunities, and generate performance reports.
- Prepare and present regular updates on business development
progress, pipeline status, and strategic recommendations.Leadership
& Support
- Collaborate with all Business Development Leads and marketing
team to ensure alignment of business development efforts and
cohesive messaging.
- Support internal teams in understanding business development
needs and client preferences to enhance service offerings and
project proposals.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
that fosters creativity and
innovation.QUALIFICATIONSExperience10-15 years in business
development, with a proven track record of successfully
identifying, securing, and maintaining client prospects in the
interior design or related fields.Skills
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills with a
deep understanding of the commercial real estate, hospitality,
healthcare, and multi-family industries.
- Strong administrative and organizational capabilities, with
proficiency in CRM systems and business development tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong ties within the Houston and surrounding areas commercial
and real estate market.
- Exceptional aptitude for balancing strategic vision with
meticulous attention to detail.Personal Attributes
