Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Provider Engagement
to lead provider performance and governance initiatives across
multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction to Staff Vice Presidents of Regional
Engagement
Develop and execute strategies to optimize provider performance
across regions
Foster collaboration among Vice Presidents of Provider Strategy to
drive consistency and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or
related field required
Master's Degree preferred
10+ years in senior leadership roles within provider management or
healthcare strategy required
5+ years managing a provider engagement team required
In-depth knowledge of provider engagement and performance
improvement methodologies
