Development Director, Partner Ecosystems!Job ID: 34065HID is a

Identity and Access Management business area, the Workforce
business unit delivers physical identity access management (PIAM)
services across all identity types within an organization.As the
Director of Global Business Development (Partner Ecosystem), you
will lead the development and execution of the strategic
partnership strategy to drive growth and market leadership in the
physical security industry. This role requires a seasoned
professional with deep physical security and identity industry
knowledge, a strong network, and a proven track record in building
successful partnerships.As an individual contributor with the
potential to lead a supporting team in the future, you will be
responsible for enabling revenue growth targets, expanding market
presence, and building direct strategic relationships with
organizations ranging from Big Tech, access control providers,
strategic system integrators, and complementary identity solution
providers.As our Global Business Development Director, Partner
Ecosystems, you'll support HID's success by:
- Strategic Partnership Strategy: Develop, execute & effectively
communicate a comprehensive strategic partnership strategy in the
PIAM market, aligning with the company's business objectives.
- Industry Leadership: Maintain a deep understanding of the PIAM
and physical security markets, including emerging trends,
technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Partnership Development and Management: Cultivate and nurture
relationships with key stakeholders in the PIAM ecosystem.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams
to ensure the seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Innovation and New Opportunities: Proactively identify new
business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborative
initiatives.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define and monitor key
performance indicators (KPIs) for partner initiatives.
- Partner Enablement: Work closely with internal resources to
develop the materials needed to effectively communicate the
platform's value and growth potential for partners.What we will

skills.Your Experience and Education include:
- BS/BA in business or engineering, and equivalent industry
experience.
- 10+ years of sales experience in the physical security area.Who
