Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Engagement Manager to enhance
customer success through strategic engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Determine timing and content of customer touchpoints to drive
adoption and satisfaction
Coordinate scaled communications to align outreach efforts across
teams
Develop, deliver, and measure the success of digital engagement
programs using insights and analytics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience
Proven experience in scaled Customer Success, Account Management,
or Marketing
Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and customer engagement
tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a
fast-paced environment
Tech savvy with strong data evaluation skills
