tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa's network
clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing
on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand
management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, Visa
Consulting and Analytics solves the most strategic problems for our
clients.The Strategy and Operations (S&O) team supports the
North America VCA team through setting standards, developing
foundational processes, assisting with budget and driving
operational performance for the consulting organization. This Sr.
Manager, Business Operations role will work on strategic and
operational projects that have large impact across the team, with a
particular focus on all things related to our Value-in-Kind (VIK)
program. When Visa structures long-term partnership agreements with
clients (i.e., 'Deals'), an increasing proportion of the client
incentives are structured as a promise of future value-added
services, known as 'Value-in-Kind' (VIK). This is a key aspect of
Visa's deal strategy - it motivates clients to partner with Visa on
programs that help them grow their business, and in turn, helps
Visa grow and diversify revenues.As the Sr. Manager, Business
Operations you will help enable the team's growth by leading a
revenue-driven program, analyzing actuals, tracking participation
across several delivery teams, maintaining forecasting and actuals,
and serving as a strategic partner for the advisory teams and other
stakeholders. The role will work closely with account executives,
Advisory delivery leads and financial stakeholders.
*8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree
or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g.
Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree
or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree
(e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a
PhD
*Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and
analytical difficulty
*Outstanding communication, storytelling and facilitation
skills
*Collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, able to work effectively
in matrixed organization.Additional InformationWork Hours: Varies
upon the needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position
requires travel5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This
position will be performed in an office setting. The position will
require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in
person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office

APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into
this position is 127,400 to 195,750 USD per year, which may include
potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary
depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge,
skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be
eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits
