Job Description:

A company is looking for a Medicaid Market Success Manager to lead initiatives across various state Medicaid markets.
Key Responsibilities

Manage revenue, KPIs, and relationships with various HCBS programs
Develop and execute market expansion plans in collaboration with growth and operations teams
Identify and diagnose program challenges to improve performance within Medicaid programs

Required Qualifications

Demonstrable track record in supporting B2B sales and business development in healthcare
Prior Medicaid HCBS experience is a strong plus
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
Experience in relationship building at all levels
