Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Escalations Management
to lead Support Operations and Technical excellence teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute objectives aligning with Global Support
Escalations strategy
Deliver customer care and escalations support in a 24x7x365 SaaS
environment
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the
technical support life cycle
Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor's Degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 7+
years of experience
3+ years of experience leading and developing a global team
2+ years of product experience, preferably in engineering
Expertise in Salesforce.com reporting and dashboards
Experience with visualization software such as Tableau or similar
BI tools
