Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Telematics to lead the
strategic development and innovative design of telematics
programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide thought leadership to influence long-term strategic
priorities and goals for telematics
Lead a team in the design, development, and management of
telematics solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery of
initiatives
Collaborate with business partners to enhance customer experience
and improve adoption rates of telematics offerings
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in mathematics, actuarial science, business,
finance, marketing, economics, or a related field; graduate studies
preferred
ACAS or FCAS designations highly desired, along with
process-related certifications
Typically ten or more years of experience in product development,
pricing, innovation, or operations
Demonstrated expertise in property and casualty insurance products
and telematics
Experience in managing teams and complex projects, with strong
relationship-building skills
