Summary of Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.Key Responsibilities
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and meet customer needs.
    • Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of new customer service processes and procedures.Requirements
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
      • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
      • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Preferred Qualifications
        • Experience in customer service or a related field.
        • Knowledge of customer service software and tools.
        • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
