Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by
resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and
implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of
customer interactions.Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely
and professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers
and meet customer needs.
- Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction
metrics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new
customer service processes and procedures.Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to
changing priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools.
