Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the IT function, establishing vision, roadmap, and
strategy
Develop, maintain, and enforce IT/security policies with a
solutions-oriented approach
Design and manage a scalable IT infrastructure to support a remote
workforce
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IT, including leadership roles in
high-growth startups
Proven experience building IT functions from the ground up
Experience managing remote-first IT environments and cloud-based
systems
Exceptional technical aptitude
Player-coach mentality and team builder
