Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett is a 196-bed medical center committed to delivering high-quality care to the community.The Charge Nurse is a key member of the nursing team responsible for managing the daily operations of a designated department to provide quality patient care while meeting organizational and medical staff goals.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of a department to ensure efficient and effective nursing care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, JCAHO, and the Nurse Practice Act.
Promote optimum healthcare delivery within budgetary guidelines.
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery.Requirements:
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse.
- 1 year of RN experience.
