Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Product Management
and Experiences (PMx).
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI
initiatives
Oversee the end-to-end development of AI-driven products, ensuring
quality and scalability
Engage with senior leaders to drive support for product initiatives
and lead change management efforts
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of experience, Master's with 12+
years, or Ph.D. with 12+ years in relevant fields
Extensive experience in building and scaling AI and technology
products, preferably in biopharmaceutical and biotechnology
Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI
Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to
diverse audiences
