We are looking for a motivated Production Assistant Manager to help oversee operations in our vehicle frame manufacturing facility. This role will support the production of frame parts, ensure quality standards, and maintain a safe, efficient environment. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing schedules, supervising staff, and optimizing processes on a monthly rotational schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations and ensure production goals are met.
Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring safety and quality standards.
Monitor and adjust production schedules to prevent delays.
Maintain quality control standards for all parts produced.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
Implement strategies for improving efficiency and safety.
Maintain production records and reports on performance and quality.
Assist with staff training and development.

Monthly Rotational Schedule:
This role operates on a monthly rotating schedule, with shifts alternating between day, evening, and overnight hours.

Qualifications:

Associates degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2-3+ years in manufacturing highly preferred.
Experience in vehicle frame or similar heavy manufacturing preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with quality control and safety regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing software.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a factory environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
