Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Executive Incentive
Plans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the administration of the employee stock plan, including
grant and vesting cycles, tax reconciliation, and reporting
Oversee the executive and senior leader short-term incentive plans,
including performance calculations and payment processing
Support the design and evaluation of incentive plans and
compensation data preparation for the annual proxy statement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certification
preferred
3-7 years of experience in executive compensation or a related
field, preferably in a large organization
Strong understanding of executive compensation principles and
regulatory requirements
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Excel
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling
confidential information
