Key Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a complex governance and control function,
ensuring alignment with enterprise best practices
Provide coaching and mentorship to staff while managing performance
and development goals
Develop and implement a holistic governance and control strategy in
support of business objectives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
4-year degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of related experience
Demonstrated track record of managing projects effectively
In-depth knowledge of governance and control standards
PC proficiency in MS Access, MS Word, and MS Excel
