A company is looking for a Field Learning & Development
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership teams to identify development needs for
team members
Design and deliver effective learning solutions and resources
Evaluate existing learning programs and use data to measure success
and improve effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of relevant learning and development experience
Understanding of adult learning theory and principles
Strong capabilities in data analytics related to learning
measurement
Experience in developing and implementing programs/processes
