Military Veterans are Encouraged to Apply. -The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist in food and beverage areas within the hotel including F&B outlets and events. This leadership role plays an instrumental role in rebranding and establishing a strong foundation during our transformation; enhancing our three new F&B venues.

Responsibilities may include:

--- Scheduling staff and managing day to day Food and Beverage operations

--- Ensure effective training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement of colleagues

--- Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results

--- Assist with developing and implementing creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment

--- Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures

--- Work with Director of Outlets and the Events team to coordinate special events in the Food & Beverage Outlets.

This is a great leadership opportunity with potential exposure to multiple departments. This highly visible role also gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on the guest experience.

  Qualifications:
  --- 2 years prior F&B Leadership experience preferred
  
  --- Refined written and verbal communication skills
  
  --- Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  
  --- Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
  
  --- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills
  
  --- This position must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
