Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Excellence Manager to
lead Project Support Operations and Data Insights teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to ensure effective project operations and data-driven
improvements
Oversee and enhance the Project Issues Process to improve adoption
and reduce response times
Collaborate with various teams to improve tools, dashboards, and
decision-making processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations roles focused on process
improvement
Strong stakeholder and project management skills
Background in escalations/ticket management and support
functions
Data analytics expertise (SQL, Looker, Google Sheets)
Proven people leadership and team management experience
