Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement long-term financial strategies and oversee
the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and manage the
annual audit process
Lead the finance team, mentor members, and communicate financial
results to stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in
a senior role in healthcare
Multi-site, multi-state experience required, with knowledge of
healthcare financial regulations
Certifications such as CPA or CMA preferred
Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and healthcare IT
systems is a plus
