Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Patient Acquisition to
drive patient acquisition through a strategic omni-channel
approach.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B2C and DTC growth strategies to achieve
patient acquisition targets
Analyze Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value
(CLV) to optimize the marketing mix
Identify and resolve pain points in the patient enrollment journey
while ensuring alignment between teams
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a growth-focused position, preferably in
the Healthcare industry
Ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans
Expertise in online channels, including social media and email
marketing
Experience managing customer relationships and leveraging CRM
tools
Ability to track performance metrics and measure marketing
effectiveness
