Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, DSNP Member Enrollment &
Redetermination.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day Enrollment and Redetermination activities to
ensure compliance with CMS and EOHSS regulations
Manage and train staff, providing direction and support to meet
regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues
and ensure effective communication
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and
experience
5+ years of related experience in Medicare Advantage and/or DSNP
enrollment
3+ years of leadership experience in Medicare Advantage and/or DSNP
enrollment preferred
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated track record of
managing teams
Experience in developing and implementing processes to achieve key
objectives
