Responsibilities:
--- Team Building: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team in the Austin market.
--- Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales plans to meet revenue goals and market demands.
--- Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities and establish the company's presence in Austin.
--- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
--- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
--- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and project teams to deliver seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

--- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic tech skills.
--- Austin market knowledge is a plus.
