seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to lead a new,
mission-critical initiative within our Network Detection and
Response (NDR) portfolio. In this role, you will have the
opportunity to shape the product strategy from the ground up and
guide the solution through its lifecycle, from conception to market
success. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in San
Jose, Austin, Boston, and Dublin to define the overall product
vision, discover innovative opportunities, and prioritize features
for development.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the product strategy for a greenfield
networking solution within Vectra's NDR portfolio.
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on strategic
direction, stakeholder feedback, and data analysis.
- Manage the product backlog, working closely with engineering,
data science, security research, and UX teams to monitor progress,
resolve design challenges, and deliver high-quality product
releases.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize business
processes and enhance our technical capabilities, maintaining
Vectra's competitive edge in the market.
- Champion Vectra's products by evangelizing with customers,
partners, and field teams, motivating sales and engineering teams
to drive adoption and success.Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise product management, with a
proven track record of successful product delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in building, managing, or implementing
network security solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the
capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to effectively communicate complex ideas across diverse
audiences.
- Proven success in driving products from concept to adoption,
with a focus on achieving market success.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across geographies
and functions with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Expertise in network-based threat detection and a comprehensive
understanding of the broader security landscape.
- Deep knowledge of Cloud and Remote Access Networking
solutions.
- A technical background in software development is a plus.Our
competitive total rewards package includes cash compensation within
the range provided below. Actual pay for this position may vary
based on the hired candidate's location, experience and relevant
incumbent pay position.$98,700 - $190,800 USDVectra provides a
comprehensive total rewards package that supports the financial,
