In this key role, you will shape our product roadmap, enhance our market presence, and accelerate the adoption of our quantum and AI-powered solutions.The ideal candidate will bring a robust technical background in optimization, machine learning, or data science, with deep expertise in complex technologies such as AI, quantum computing, and advanced mathematical modeling. Proven experience managing distributed teams and scaling enterprise software is essential.Key Responsibilities

• Drive Data-Driven Strategy: Lead a data science-driven product strategy, seamlessly integrating optimization, machine learning, and AI technologies into product roadmaps.
• Define & Execute Roadmaps: Define and execute the company's product strategy and roadmap to align with business objectives and market demands.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure effective communication and alignment between engineering, design, marketing, sales research, and business teams to create and deploy cutting-edge quantum and AI solutions.
• Engage Stakeholders: Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, C-suite executives, and strategic partners, effectively communicating the technical value of our products.
• Customer-Centric Development: Collaborate with enterprise customers to understand their pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Optimize Agile Processes: Enhance Agile product management to improve release velocity and execution efficiency.
• Oversee Product Lifecycle: Develop and manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization, to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Promote Data-Driven Culture: Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics and market research.
• Represent Product Vision: Act as the external representative for the company's product vision by engaging customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10+ years of management experience with a proven track record of scaling B2B or enterprise software products.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in optimization, machine learning, or data science, with the ability to work confidently with highly complex technologies.
  • Experience in AI, quantum computing, or advanced computational methods is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong background in leading product management teams, with a history of mentoring and developing talent.
  • Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling product narratives.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers to understand their needs and deliver high-impact solutions.Preferred Qualifications
    • Prior experience in deep tech startups or scaling technical products in emerging fields.
    • Understanding of quantum algorithms, hybrid quantum-classical computing, and enterprise AI solutions.
    • Background in applied mathematics, physics, or computer science is a plus.
    • Proven success in scaling Agile methodologies to improve product execution speed and efficiency.
    • Hands-on experience working with Python, machine learning frameworks, and data visualization tools.
    • Strong track record in executive-level client engagement and enterprise solution selling.
    • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
    • Equivalent industry experience in optimization, AI/ML, or quantum computing will also be considered.Why Join Us?
