• Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy's Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ensure their location is performing and has a laser focus in each functional area of the OKR (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements).
• Monitor staffing levels across all departments to ensure all positions are staffed appropriately.
• Coach, develop, and retrain underperformers in sales and service expectations.
• Ensure all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with state/federal/franchisor/company regulations are current.
• Continuously train team on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional development.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer service issues while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout their organization.
• Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives.
• Responsible for location's payroll entry and inventory management.
• Review payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability-related opportunities.
• Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and partner with Area Director to address performance concerns and celebrate performance wins.Qualifications:
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
