Job Summary:Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Same Day Surgery team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
• Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided.
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.Requirements:
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.Preferred Qualifications:
