  • Job Details
  • 18 month minimum Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU experience required.
  • Nurse : Patient Ratio by shift: 1:1, 1:2 for ICU status, 1:3 for stepdown/non ICU in overflow unit.
    • Job Requirements
    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
    • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
    • Completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter in specialty. Minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization. Only 2 attempts allowed.
    • Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
    • Must provide Positive IGRA or PPD results, X-ray completed within a year of start stating no signs of infection, and TB Questionnaire completed (all uploaded together). Upon expiration, only TB Questionnaire must be updated annually.
    • 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start. And/or Negative IGRA within 90 days of start date lab printout prior to start. TB Questionnaire must be updated annually. If positive TB record; Requires Proof of Chest X-Ray within last 1 year to be accompanied by TB questionnaire.
