Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Compliance
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the internal key contact for Mental Health Parity,
supporting cross-business activities
Develop and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with Mental
Health Parity regulations
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams on audit activities and
regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree in a related field
preferred
5+ years of experience in managed care, Medicaid, and Medicare
Knowledge of integrated management practices in behavioral and
physical health
Experience with health plan compliance activities and understanding
of Mental Health Parity rules
Licensed Mental Health Counselor or applicable licensure
preferred
