Internal Medicine ----FQHC------
Austin-- Texas

Salary---- 180 to 195k depending experience

CME time & money reimbursement
for full time provider

MD/DO: 2 weeks, $2000



--Malpractice

Employed providers are covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) for
professional liability arising from acts/omissions within our FQHC scope.-- FTCA coverage is equivalent to occurrence
basis professional liability with no limit.

Paid Time Off

7.7 hours per pay period which is equivalent to 200 hours per year or 25 days
per year (prorated for part-time):

Paid Holidays

7 designated paid holidays (New Year---s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Day after, Christmas Day) (prorated for
part-time):

Paid Bereavement Leave

Up to 3 days

Paid Duty/Witness Subpoena

--Leave Up to 2 weeks

Credentialing

Once hired we will reimburse State License and one professional organization
fee. All ----providers are exempt from DEA and DPS fees

Fringe Benefits

-- We pay for fringe benefits which is
equivalent to 28% of your salary for full time and part time providers which
are included in the employees--- compensation. This includes Medical, Dental,
Vision, life and Prepaid legal Plans.
