We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Physical
Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing
individualized treatment programs for patients with various
physical conditions.
*Skills*
* 2 years of experience
* *MUST have Home Health experience*
* Must have OASIS experience
* Oasis E - after Jan 2023 experience is required
* No more than 1 year gap
