Title: PERM Recruiting Specialist

Location: Austin, TX 78759 (Hybrid - 3 days/week)

Duration: 12 Months Contract



Role:

Seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) process for immigration recruiting.
Managing Immigration Cases
This role involves collaborating with Hiring Managers, Immigration, Global Mobility, and Legal teams to ensure compliance while supporting talent acquisition efforts.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update recruitment databases for compliance.
Partner with Immigration & Legal teams to conduct Labor Market Tests.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and explore internal ATS/CRM.
Ensure accurate job postings to meet PERM requirements.
Lead Hiring Strategy Meetings and document recruitment processes.
Identify process improvement opportunities.



Must Have Skills:

3+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, or immigration.
Immigration recruiting experience required.
Strong background in Talent Acquisition (TA) and immigration processes to ensure compliance with federal regulations and streamline the recruitment and immigration workflow
Experience with ATS.
Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology.
Bachelor's degree required.
