Successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and type 45wpm or greater. Possess a professional demeanor and exhibit exceptional customer service while answering incoming calls and answering questions. Ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of Customer Service experience in a call center setting within other last 2 years.
