For more information about Enovis, please visit .What You'll DoAs a key member of the Enabling Technologies, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is excited about building great software technology products that impact patient care. In this critical position, you are the CEO of the product, having upstream and downstream marketing responsibilities, active in R&D projects, sales and support strategy, and leading cross-functional initiatives. Your primary focus will be commercializing knee and hip navigation and robotics using cutting edge augmented reality technology, planning products focused on AI automation, and driving the growth of the Enovis knee and hip implant portfolio through enabling technology.Key Responsibilities:

• Active in building and launching great products.
• Owns and manages large to program level projects across teams.
• Detailed definition of product requirements that result in great products, and triage of the most impactful features and functionality in running projects.
• Leads the marketing effort to bring new products from concept through commercialization and exit/rationalization.
• Develop and implement marketing programs and initiatives to enhance sales force effectiveness and deliver product line growth.
• Develop and maintain a high level of product category technical expertise.
• Maintain and distribute competitive information to field sales organization and management.
• Provide product support to the sales force, surgeon customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop a strategic plan for current and future development of the product line.
• Coordinate product/strategy implementation by working with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with the formation and development of product design teams.
• Contribute ideas and offer solutions to critical team & departmental issues.
• Travel, as reasonably requested, to meet with and educate customers and salespeople.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.Who We're Looking For:

    • BA/BS Degree Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred.
    • 4+ years of related experience in successful marketing roles in the medical device industry.
    • 5+ years of navigation / robotic experience in knee and hip arthroplasty.
    • Fluency and passion for software - experience in data science and analytics is a plus.
