We believe in creating a space where everyone feels valued, respected, and inspired to do their best work.Compensation:$200,000Responsibilities:Advocate for Injury VictimsAssess injury cases and participate in the intake processDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements specific to personal injury law casesRepresent clients in court for all legal proceedings to prosecute the case including filings, depositions, mediations, hearings, trial, and settlement disbursement processLead counsel in all cases in your docket, strategizing with your team to achieve the best outcome for the clients and law firmCounsels clients during the pendency of their caseParticipate in in-house training and networking with the local attorney community to foster professional growthReach weekly, quarterly, and annual individual and law firm deliverable and financial goalsQualifications:Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently while handling multiple files
Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience
