Job Description:
A company is looking for a Serraview Administrator to manage the
Serraview space and occupancy planning tool.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for the Serraview space and
occupancy planning tool
Maintain and configure integrations with the Serraview tool and
client technology systems
Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports that combine space management
data and occupancy findings
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
4-6 years of experience in Data Administration, Facilities
Management, or Occupancy Planning
Experience with CAFM software is required; AutoCAD experience
preferred
Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of Excel Pivots
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without
visa sponsorship
