Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Digital User Experience
Strategist to join their UX team and contribute to the Marketplace
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop insights and strategies for user-facing experiences on the
company's website, based on research and data
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather inputs for projects,
ensuring alignment with business and consumer needs
Create documentation on completed projects and research studies to
inform best practices within the organization
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in creating user-centric designs for
e-commerce products
A portfolio showcasing the integration of content, design, and
interface for digital experiences
Experience in planning and conducting various user research
studies
Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines including
content strategy, analytics, and product management
Strong background in leading collaboration sessions with diverse
teams
