Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist, Professional Development
Design, PreK-8 Literacy (fixed-term).
Key Responsibilities
Execute the development of professional development experiences for
literacy products
Collaborate with various teams to design and deliver engaging
training content
Continuously gather and analyze feedback to improve training
materials and experiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least 3+ years of PreK-12 classroom
teaching experience
At least 2+ years of experience designing and facilitating
professional development sessions
Proven knowledge of adult learning principles and experience
applying them
Strong knowledge of best practices for implementing high-quality
instruction in literacy
Experience using Google Slides, video editing software, and other
online tools
