Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Relations Coordinator in
Poland.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to oncology patients and their
caregivers, providing information about services and
treatment-related inquiries
Assist in patient registration and communicate with office staff
and call center managers regarding patient status
Collect patient feedback during calls and share insights with the
sales and marketing team for service improvement
Required Qualifications
Higher education degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in service sales or customer
support, preferably in healthcare
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems
Bilingual in Polish and English
Proficient in data entry and using CRM systems
