Job Description:
A company is looking for a Move Coordinator responsible for
managing customer relocations and ensuring satisfaction through
effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Develop supportive relationships with customers and manage
expectations throughout the relocation process
Monitor and communicate updates on shipments, including schedule
changes and issues
Perform administrative tasks and document all interactions related
to shipments in proprietary systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate Degree required or three
years of relevant customer service experience
Experience in the moving industry is preferred
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task and maintain a minimum keyboard skill level
of 40 wpm
Understanding of DOD business rules and regulations is
beneficial
