Personalize customer experiences and handle high call volumes
Process transactions such as refunds, payments, and orders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Ability to work in a virtual environment
Reside in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
Must have a self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft
Operating System
Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as
required
