Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Team Lead (Remote-
US Based).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Customer Support Team, managing 6-8
direct reports across multiple tiers
Act as a senior agent to resolve complex customer issues and ensure
satisfaction
Mentor and coach team members, including conducting performance
reviews and developing training materials
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of customer-facing experience, with a focus on customer
support
At least 2 years of leadership experience managing teams across
multiple support tiers
Prior experience in the pet-care industry is highly valued
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience with Zendesk and Stripe is required; familiarity with
HubSpot is preferred
