Position Summary:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will create selling opportunities for our Outside Sales team by calling prospects from our existing database and scheduling face-to-face meetings with decision-makers. This role is essential to fueling our Sales engine and driving our success!

Essential Job Functions:

Make 130-150 outbound calls per day to prospects in our existing database to schedule onsite visits for our Outside Sales Representatives.
Update leads in our CRM with accurate coding and notes based on each call result.
Map out targeted areas to optimize the distance between appointments.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
