Job Description:
A company is looking for an Organ Allocation Transplant
Coordinator (On Call).
Key Responsibilities
Review deceased donor organ offers and triage patient calls
Facilitate acceptance or refusal of donor organs and coordinate
organ recovery
Provide 24/7 coverage on a rotating schedule, including nights,
weekends, and holidays
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Registered Nurse (RN) issued by the state of California
Minimum of two years of recent multi-organ transplant on-call
experience
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business
needs
