Key Responsibilities
Lead design across product, brand, and marketing
Rapidly iterate on product experiences based on user insights
Recruit, mentor, and build a world-class design team
Required Qualifications
10+ years of product design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing visual, UI, and interaction design
Experience shipping products to large audiences in a fast-paced
environment
Familiarity with collaboration among engineers, user research, and
marketing
Experience with design tools such as Linear and Figma is a plus
