Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to
oversee daily activities of the Accounts Payable Teams and ensure
quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise associates, including staffing, training, coaching, and
performance management
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain metrics/reporting to monitor Accounts Payable
performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Administration
3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a shared service
environment with high transactional volume
Experience with Windows-based programs and Microsoft Office Suite,
particularly Excel
Familiarity with major ERP applications (e.g., NetSuite, SAP,
Oracle)
Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role is
preferred
